Aether: Will is a werewolf- I'm not sure how that'd manifest. Maybe a faint light-outline of a wolf shape over him? Something that would represent as savage? Whatever you'd like! AND Will has his normal canon weirdness going on, where he's kind of a seer. That would definitely be in his eyes, maybe light that effectively covers over his iris/pupils?
Insecurities: He is insecure about being a 'good' warden and not letting inmates slip through the cracks. Feel free to poke him about it, he's usually the one doing that to other people.
