Arthur as per previous discussions has traces of John on him, particularly focused in his eyes (but also his left arm/forearm/foot), that gets more intense the more emotional he gets. Most of his smaller secrets are just 'is a petty bitch about XYZ'; anything major will be either protected by John or too big for the ability.
Ghost would probably ping as a Monster for Chris? It's a being comprised of Godly Bug + Weird Godbug Parasite + The Literal Actual Void, though all of this will be difficult to surmise just from the outside. It will just be a deep, impenetrable blackness, unless it's using a Soul ability which will make it blindingly white while it's focusing on that.
Eiffel is just a regular human dude who's like 5% Alien By Volume, so I have no idea what that would look like except Blue, probably in his mouth/lungs or circulatory system especially. He's also wildly insecure about a lot of random bullshit, so feel free to check in and we can find some stupid pop trivia thing he's mad at himself for (eg he's never seen Groundhog Day).
Simon is also mundanely human, except he's been touched by a God of some weird degree, so he might ping as something semi/nonhuman but fuck him if he'd know what that means. It'll like up most of his body like burn marks, a deep blood red, and his left eye inverts to red whites/white sclera..
